This photo is of shutters made by an off brand shutter factory that used STAPLES in the construction of the LOUVER TILT CONTROLLERS (national DuraShutter® brands do not use staples), when staples loosen they fall out causing louvers to misalign rendering the shutters unusable. The shutters were sold by a shop-at-home only (no showroom) sales person showing a briefcase size sample and the result is obvious. WE urge customers to come SEE our life size showroom samples.
